Award-winning athletic coach, mountain guide, and former competitive cyclist John Colver is the founder of adventX, an outdoor fitness company based in Seattle. He has personally trained more than 600 clients, from novice exercisers who want to feel more healthy to elite athletes who have run in 100-mile races, competed in cycling and triathlon events, and summited Mount Everest.
