Dance & Fitness C.V.

Profile

A trained dancer for almost 40 years, I began my BATD, (British Association of Teachers of Dancing), training in 1985, aged 5, and continued regular classes and examinations until 2010. Since then I have continued to train at local IDTA schools, and at Pineapple Studios in London in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Contemporary dance.

As an instructor I have always worked as a freelancer; both with established gyms, health clubs and dance companies, and my own businesses.

More recently I have been covering classes and teaching workshops for parties and retreats, in order to fit around my corporate career. I am currently completing a Mindfulness Practitioner course.
